Sacred Self Care: Daily Practices for Nurturing Self Care
A Lenten Book StudyJoin us for a thoughtful and transformative book study this Lent, focusing on Sacred Self-Care: Daily Practices for Nurturing Self-Care by Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes. Beginning Thursday, March 6 at 6:30 pm, in Room 134 (immediately following Together We Eat), this study invites participants to explore the importance of self-care as an essential aspect of spiritual growth. Dr. Walker-Barnes leads us through daily practices and reflections that encourage physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, all while helping us to deepen our relationship with God during this sacred season of Lent.
Whether you are new to spiritual self-care or looking to build a more intentional practice, this book study offers practical tools and meaningful insights to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Space is limited, so please contact Pastor Patti to sign up or for more information. Join us on this journey of reflection, renewal, and sacred care this Lent!
