Children and Youth Music Opportunities
2019 Fine Arts Camp July 15 – 19
Mark the dates now for our 2019 Fine Arts Camp (FAC). FAC is for rising 2nd graders through rising 6 graders. The camp will run from 9:00am until 12:00 noon. On Friday evening there will be a reception and program starting at 5:00pm.

Children and Youth Vocal Choirs (starts on January 15th)
Angel Choir
Angel Choir, directed by Jana Greer, is for children age 4 thru Kindergarten. Children will learn movement, pitch-matching and rhythm skills as they learn songs and play rhythm instruments. The Angel Choir meets on Tuesdays from 4:15pm-5:15pm in the Chapel beginning January 15th. Gathering & snack time is from 4:05-4:15pm in the Education Narthex. Pick-up is in the Sanctuary at 5:15pm.
Cherub Choir
Cherub Choir, directed by JoAnna Fonville and Denise Amat, is for children in 1st & 2nd grades. This choir receives training in pitch-matching and rhythm while learning lots of fun songs. The Cherub Choir meets on Tuesdays from 4:15-5:15pm in the Choir Room beginning January 15th. Gathering & snack time is from 4:05-4:15pm in the Education Narthex. Pick-up is in the Sanctuary at 5:15pm.
Caroler Choir
Caroler Choir, directed by Dana Davis, is for children in 3rd – 5th grades. Rhythm, note reading, basic music theory and beginning part-singing are introduced. The Caroler Choir meets on Tuesdays from 4:15 – 5:15pm in the Sanctuary beginning January 15th. Gathering and snack time is from 4:05 – 4:15pm in the Education Narthex. Pick-up is in the Sanctuary at 5:15pm.
All choirs will have the opportunity to lead worship several times during the year,as well as participate in local community outreach.

Cherub Chimes
Cherub Chimes, directed by Jana Greer and Kaitlyn Jones, assistant director, is for children in 1st – 2nd grades. Children will learn beginning rhythm and note reading skills. Registration is limited to 10 children. Cherub Chimes meets on Tuesdays from 3:15pm-4pm in the Choir Room beginning January 15th.
Caroler Chimes
Caroler Chimes, directed by Dana Davis, is for children in 3rd-5th grades. Children will learn basic rhythm and music theory skills. Caroler Chimes meets on Tuesdays from 3:15pm-4pm in the Sanctuary beginning January 15th.
All chime choirs will have the opportunity to lead worship several times during the year.
Celebration Choir, Handbells, and Liturgical Dance Team (start on Thursday, January 17th)
Celebration Choir/Handbells
Celebration Choir/Handbells are for student from grade 5 and up. This group will meet from 3:15 until 4:00pm.
Celebration Liturgical Dance Team
Celebration Liturgical Dance is open to students from grade 5 and up and is directed by Jana Greer. This dance team meets on Thursdays from 4:00-5:00pm in the Sanctuary. Prior dance experience is preferred, but not required.
Celebration Boy Choir – Coming in 2019!
Let’s get our Celebration Boy Choir started in 2019! Boys in grades 4 through the grade 8 are invited to be a part of this inaugural group meeting on Thursdays from 4:05-4:55pm. Don’t miss out on all of the fun!
